Princeton Courtside Estates, a new community developed by Garden Homes, includes 40 single-family houses in a secluded enclave and reflects the builder’s craftsmanship and knowledge of homebuilding.
Princeton Courtside Estates has only been open for a short time, yet, more than half of the houses in its first phase have been sold. Homebuyers are impressed by all that the $376,990 pre-construction, starting price offers them.
The community features three of Garden Homes’ house collections: the Emerald, the Devon, and the Fairfax. Each collection offers two front elevations from which to choose, as well as a floorplan with four bedrooms, a study, two and one-half baths (three and one-half available in the Fairfax) and a two-car garage.
Many of the same features are found in every home. Friends and family can gather in the large family room with a vaulted ceiling and woodburning fireplace. A spacious master suite, with bathroom and large walk-in closet, is an in-home retreat. With a convenient center island and breakfast area, the kitchen is ideal. A comfortable living room, elegant dining room and full basement complete each home.
Outside, a house at Princeton Courtside Estates provides a Princeton address with beautiful trimmings. The houses sit on attractive wooded lots ranging in size from just under one-half acre to almost 1.5 acres. The highly-respected Princeton Racket Club is right on the grounds of the community as are nine acres of open space that will be preserved for the exclusive enjoyment of homeowners.
Princeton offers a country lifestyle with acres of farmland, historical sites, and beautiful public parks. Opportunities for recreation and entertainment are found at every turn. The area is host to a variety of theaters and museums, including the McCarter Theatre in Princeton and the George Street Playhouse in New Brunswick.
The many boutiques and restaurants of downtown Princeton are only five minutes away, and a 30-minute drive is all that is required to enjoy the quaint shops of New Hope and Lambertville. Nearby Quakerbridge Mall has hundreds of shops and many big-name stores, like Home Depot, Target, Walmart, and Sam’s Club, are in the area as well.
Princeton Courtside Estates is convenient to major transportation routes including Route 1, Route 27, Route 206, and the New Jersey Turnpike. New York City is less than an hour away. Commuting to NYC is easy on NJ Transit’s 53-minute service from Princeton Junction Station. The community is also conveniently located to Newark International and Philadelphia International airports.
