Middletown North bomb threat a hoax MIDDLETOWN — Police responded to a bomb threat at Middletown High School North on March 2. According to police, the school’s secretary received a phone call from a young male at approximately 8:37 a.m., who said that a bomb was going to go off in the school. Students and faculty members were immediately evacuated while police and members of the fire department searched the school. No bombs were found and there are no suspects at this time, police said.
