The Pennington Players

will hold auditions from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 29 and May 6 for its July production of Children of Eden, a musical based on the stories from Genesis, at the Kelsey Theater Complex, Mercer County Community College, Old Trenton Road, West Windsor. All roles are open for all races and ethnicities, ages 8-80. Rehearsals will begin May 15 at the Kelsey Theater; performances will be held at the Washington Crossing State Park Open Air Theater, Titusville. Come prepared with a resume, photo, song, one-minute monologue and be dressed to move. Video auditions will be accepted until May 1. Manalapan Battleground

Prep Orchestra is holding open auditions for the following sections: string, wind, brass and percussion. Auditions are open to musicians age 9 through adult. Registration is $50 per person, $100 per family. For more information, call Angela McCurdy at (732) 792-9723.

Premier Theatre Company

will hold auditions at 7 p.m. May 11-12 and at 11 a.m. May 13 for adults, male and female (age 21 and older), and teen-agers (15 and older) for the musicals Carousel, Damn Yankees, Mame, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Annie, A Grand Night for Singing, Tommy and My Fair Lady. Auditions will be held at the Henderson Theatre, 850 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft. Those auditioning should bring 16 bars, with sheet music, of a prepared song that best shows their range. An accompanist will be provided. A movement combination will be taught; be prepared to dance. All roles are open.
