Maria E. Sottile Martone

   MONROE — Maria E. Sottile Martone, 85, died Monday at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton.
   Born in New York City, she lived in Manhattan and the Bronx, N.Y., and 38 years in Albertson, N.Y., before moving to Clearbrook in 1994.
   She was an insurance adjuster for New Hampshire Insurance Co., Albertson, several years before retiring in 1978. Previously, she was a cafeteria worker with Mineola, N.Y. schools and a bank teller.
   She was an officer and member of American Cancer Society, New York City Chapter. She was a member of Molloy College Parents Guild, Rockville Center, N.Y., Catholic Daughters of America, St. Aidans Church Court in Long Island, Nativity of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church, Monroe Township, and Italian American Club and Catholic Society, both of Clearbrook.
   Wife of the late Michael, she is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth M. Wilk of Lawrenceville; a sister, Josephine Sper of Lakewood; and a grandson and two granddaughters.
   Funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday at M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, 205 Rhode Hall Road.
   Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated 11:30 a.m. at Nativity of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church, Applegarth Road.
   Entombment will be in Holy Cross Mausoleum, South Brunswick.
   Calling hours will be 9:30 a.m. until service Thursday at the funeral home.
