Senior menus

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $3.13. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, May 18 — Split pea soup, split Cornish hen, rice with mushrooms, whole baby carrots, cranberry molded salad, dinner roll and berries with topping. Shopping.
   Friday, May 19 — Pineapple juice, veal parmesan, red bliss potatoes, creamed spinach, tossed salad, Italian bread and fruit cocktail. Coffee social.
   Saturday, May 20 — Apple juice, tuna salad, wheat bread, lettuce and tomato slice, fruit, chocolate chip cookies and milk.
   Sunday, May 21 — Blended juice, cold meat loaf, white bread, minced coleslaw, fruit, peanut butter bar and milk.
   Monday, May 22 — Grape juice, stuffed cabbage roll, mashed potatoes, green beans, chick pea and onion salad, dinner roll and apple pocket. Exercise.
   Tuesday, May 23 — Blended juice, Hungarian goulash, pasta spirals, Harvard beets, Swiss salad, rye bread and fruited gelatin with topping. Cards and fire drill.
   Wednesday, May 24 — Beef barley soup, chicken a la Michael, scalloped potatoes, asparagus, citrus sections, six-grain bread and mini cannoli. Bingo.
   Thursday, May 25 — Cream of spinach soup, cold roast beef, potato salad, three-bean salad, lettuce and tomato slice, croissant and watermelon. Shopping.
