MANVILLE — Edna D. Buchanan died Friday, May 19, 2000, at home. She was 70.
Born in Bellwood, Pa., Mrs. Buchanan lived in Manville the past 43 years.
Mrs. Buchanan was employed as a LPN at Somerset Medical center, Somerville for 43 years, retiring in 1992.
She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Neshanic, the Manville Senior Citizens and Past Senior Regent of the Women’s Organization of the Moose Lodge of Bound Brook.
Survivors include her husband, Jack Buchanan; a son, Jack Jr. of Plainfield, a daughter, Becky Tomson of Belle Mead; her mother, Edna Williams of Bellwood, Pa.; two brothers, Dean and Richard Williams of Altoona, Pa.; two sisters, Sonya Walters of Bellwood, Pa. and Debra Farber of Holidaysburg, Pa.; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.
Private funeral arrangements were by Ketusky Funeral Home Inc., Manville.
