HILLSBOROUGH — Marie M. (DiGiosafatto) Ettere died Saturday, May 20, 2000, at Somerset Medical Center, Somerville. She was 65.
Born in Italy, Mrs. Ettere came to the United States in 1939, residing in Manville. She lived in South Plainfield for 20 years before moving to Hillsborough in 1983.
Mrs. Ettere was employed at the former Unisys Co. in Flemington, where she worked in production.
She is predeceased by her husband, Sam Ettere, in 1981; and her brother Frank DiGiosafatto.
Surviving are a daughter, Lorraine Yoos of Pocono Summit, Pa.; her son, Edward of Somerville; three sisters, Jeanette Flower of Blairstown, Angeline Castin of Hillsborough and Rose Godown of Bound Brook; and two brothers, James DiGiosafatto of Manville and Peter DiGiosafatto of Maine.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 23 at McCriskin Funeral Home, South Plainfield. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains.
Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Monday.<</p>
