HILLSBOROUGH — Mildred Civitelli died Wednesday, May 10, 2000, at Somerset Medical Center, Somerville. She was 90.
Born in Brooklyn, she lived in Maspeth, N.Y., Franklin Square, N.Y., and Seaford, N.Y., before moving to Hillsborough in 1998.
Mrs. Civitelli was a member of the Hillsborough Senior Citizens Club and Seaford Senior Citizens Club.
She was a communicant of Mary, Mother of God Church in Hillsborough.
Her husband, Henry Civitelli, died in 1982. A son, Frank Civitelli, died in 1951.
Surviving are a daughter, Helen Gushue of Hillsborough; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, May 12, at Bongiovi Funeral Home, Raritan, followed by a funeral Mass at Mary, Mother of God Church. Burial was in St. John’s Cemetery, Middle Village, N.Y.
