HILLSBOROUGH Olga H. Vamos died Thursday, May 25, 2000, at Harborside Healthcare, Woods Edge, Bridgewater. She was 77.
Born in Perth Amboy, she lived in the Belle Mead section of Hillsborough for 47 years.
She was a former beautician for Bambergers in Princeton.
Mrs. Vamos was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Hillsborough Fire Company No. 3 on Woods Road.
She was a communicant of St. Joseph Church in Millstone.
Her husband, Elmer Vamos, died in 1975.
Surviving are a son, Bruce of Princeton; one daughter, Loretta Greene of Hillsborough; two brothers, Louis and Robert Kosztur; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, May 30, at Hillsborough Funeral Home, Hillsborough, followed by a 10 a.m. Mass at St. Joseph Church. Burial was in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Hillsborough.
