Edgar D. Lanzoni

   HAMILTON — Edgar D. Lanzoni, 79, died Friday, May 19, at St. Francis Medical Center, Trenton.
   Born in Pardis, Pa., he was a longtime Trenton area resident.
   He retired after more than 20 years as director of printing from Rider University.
   Mr. Lanzoni was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II, serving with the 457th Bomber Group. He received the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Air Medal.
   He was a member of Holy Angels Roman Catholic Church where he served as Lector and Eucharist minister and was a member of the Holy Name Society. He was a member of the Rider Retiree Club.
   Son of the late Amadeo and Assunta Calza Lanzoni, he is survived by his wife, Marion Pelletteri Lanzoni; three daughters and sons-in-law, Pati and Dennis Bagley of Reno, Nev., Sandi and Gene Sersen of Yardville, and Terri and Mark Scott of Houston; two sisters, Edith Pellegrino of Yardley, Pa., and Nellie Zanoni of Hamilton; three brothers, Harold of Lawrenceville, Albert of Hamilton, and Eugene of Ewing; three grandchildren, Vicki, Casey and Kyle; a great-grandson; a niece, Eileen Tresansky; and other relatives.
   Funeral was Tuesday, May 23, from Buklad Memorial Home, Hamilton.
   Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Holy Angels Roman Catholic Church, Hamilton.
   Entombment was at St. Mary’s Cemetery Mausoleum, Hamilton.
