The fifth annual Husky Summer Soccer Camp will be held at Matawan Regional High School from Aug. 14-18. The camp will include half-day sessions from 9 a.m. to noon, and full-day sessions from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Youngsters (ages 3-5) will have sessions from 6-7 p.m. Players from 3 to 18 are invited to attend and be instructed by licensed, former professional players and coaches. Middletown Babe Ruth will begin registration for its ninth annual fall ball program for baseball divisions ages 10-16, softball divisions ages 10-17. Games will be played in September and October. The Hillsborough Wildcats will be participating in the National Soccer Hall of Fame Legends of Summer 2000 soccer series. The under-19 tournaments will be taking place July 29 and 30. The tournaments will include teams from North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, Vermont and New York. Registrations for the Old Bridge Ice Hockey Instructional Program are now being accepted at the Old Bridge Sports Arena every Wednesday and Thursday evening from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. during August.
