James J. Croke

   EWING – James J. Croke, 69, died July 26 at capital Health System at Fuld hospital, Trenton.
   Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong area resident.
   He was a letter carrier with the U.S. Postal Service, Princeton, retiring in 1988 after 30 years.
   He was a Marine Corps. veteran of the Korean Conflict. Son of the late Dennis J. and Mary Ryan Croke and brother of the late Nora Zieralski and Patricia Buell Croke; two sons and daughters-in-law, James D. and Susan C. Croke of Lawrenceville and Brian M. and Rebecca A, Croke of Hamilton; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Dennis P. and Agnes Croke of Hamilton and John A. of Trenton; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Helen Smalley of Louisville, Ky., and Catherine and Jack Carr of Montgomery; and nieces and nephews.
   Funeral was July 29 at M. William Murphy Funeral Home, Hamilton.
   Mass of Christian Burial was at Incarnation Roman Catholic Church.
   Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hamilton.
