John Mathew, 58, died Monday at his home in Kendall Park.
Born in Kerala, India, he was a graduate of Marthoma Syrian College, Thirualla, India. He later lived in Queens, N.Y., moving to Kendall Park seven years ago. He was vice president of Computer Systems at Merrill Lynch, Plainsboro, for the past 28 years.
Surviving are his wife, Ingrid; a son, Jonathan, and a daughter, Elyssa, both at home; two brothers, Ninan and Mathew Mathew, both of Trivandrum, India; four sisters, Aminee George and Poonama Thomas, both of Kenrala, India, Koonjunjema Thomas of Nyack, N.Y., and Daisy Abraham of Bombay, India.
The funeral will be held 1 p.m. today (Thursday) at Christ the King Church, Route 27, Kendall Park. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery in Hopewell.
