High Riders set to celebrate

   The Handicapped High Riders will hold a 20th anniversary celebration at The Palace, 1445 Whitehorse-Mercerville Road in Hamilton, at 7 p.m. Sept. 15. The evening, Fun at the Races, will include a night of wagering on video horse races.
   Riding lessons on Sept. 16 have been canceled.
   Tickets for the anniversary celebration are $40 per person, $75 per couple, and include a buffet dinner. The deadline for tickets is Sept. 8. For information call Barbara Isaac at (609) 259-3884.
   The Handicapped High Riders, located at Riding High Farm in Upper Freehold, is a recreational and therapeutic program for the learning disabled, mentally retarded and emotionally or physically handicapped.
