George Vornlocker died Aug. 16, 2000, at University of Pennsylvania Hospital, in Philadelphia, Pa. He was 86.
Mr. Vornlocker was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. He lived in Queens, N.Y., for many years before moving to Monroe 15 years ago. He was an active member of St. James the Less Roman Catholic Church, Jamesburg, and the Knights of Columbus Council
No. 6336, Jamesburg.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Roehrig Vornlocker, two sons, Robert G. of Manville and James J. of Syosset, N.Y.; one sister, Josephine Mavica of Miami, Fla.; two grandsons and two great-grandsons.
Funeral services were held Saturday at M. David DeMarco Funeral Home. Interment followed at St. John’s Cemetery, Queens.
