Jennie Buonaventura, 76, of Franklin Park, died Sunday at the Medical Center in Princeton. Born in Newark, she lived in Queens, N.Y., before moving to Franklin Park five years ago.
Surviving are her husband, Joseph E. Buonaventura; a son, Anthony J. Buonaventura of Kendall Park; a daughter, Lucy Poorvin of Kendall Park and one granddaughter.
The funeral will be held at 9:30 a.m. today, from M.J. Murphy Funeral Home, 616 Ridge Road at New Road, Monmouth Junction, followed by a 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Augustine of Canterbury R.C. Church, Kendall Park. Burial will be in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.
