SNELLSVILLE, Ga. – Gary R. Cooper, 63, died Sept. 9 at Palms of Pasadena.
Born in St. Petersburg, Fla., he lived in the Trenton area and in Lawrenceville before moving to Snellsville.
Mr. Cooper retired in 1998 after 24 years with The Medical Center at Princeton.
He was an Army veteran and member of Victory Baptist Church, Stone Mountain, Ga.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Peggy Cooper; five daughters, Sylvia Renee Morton of Waldorf, Md., Sandra Cooper Black and Doreen Marie Cooper of Snellsville, Ga., Deborah Paige Greer of Irvington and Candace Cooper of Lawrenceville; his mother, Mabel Cooper of St. Petersburg, Fla.; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral was held at Victory Baptist Church, Stone Mountain.
Arrangements are by Levitt and Sons Funeral Home, Scottdale, Ga.
