HILLSBOROUGH — Rose Corkery died Friday, Sept. 29, 2000, at Raritan Health and Extended Care in Raritan. She was 97.
Born in Patterson, she moved to Hillsborough 15 years ago.
Mrs. Corkery was a homemaker.
Her husband, William Corkery, died in 1981; her daughter Rosemary died in 1963.
Surviving are two daughters, Margaret Pauley of Saddle Brook and Judith A. Boehm of Hillsborough; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 3 at Hillsborough Funeral Home, Hillsborough, followed by a Mass at St. Gerard’s Roman Catholic Church in Totowa.
Burial will be in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.
Visitation is from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday, Oct. 2 at the funeral home.
