The Middletown Department of Parks and Recreation has announced the winners for the 2000 Halloween Costume Contest on Oct. 28. The contest was entered by more than 300 children. Winners in their age groups are:
Age 2 and under:
Cutest: Andrew Denton, first prize; Madalyn Denton, second prize; and Danielle Sparano, third prize.
Funniest: Samantha Lombardo, first prize; Josephine Johnson, second prize; and Jack Slocum, third prize.
Most original: Madison Pulignano, first prize; Rebecca Cairns, second prize; and Christopher Keegan and Lauren Dunhan, third prize.
Age 3-5:
Cutest: Brianne Hill, first prize; Samantha Pfeffer, second prize; and Brian Eckert, third prize.
