MANVILLE — Marie A.(Gibbons) Kirk died Saturday, Nov. 11, 2000, at Somerset Medical Center, Somerville. She was 85.
Born in Forty Fort, Pa., she lived in Manville for more than 50 years.
Mrs. Kirk was a bonder at RCA Corp. in Raritan, retiring after 20 years of employment.
She was a communicant of Christ the King Roman Catholic Church in Manville and past president, long time officer of its Altar Society, and a church volunteer.
She was an officer and member of the Senior Citizens Club of Manville, Inc.
Her husband, Thomas L. Kirk Sr., died in 1995.
Surviving are a daughter, Kathleen M. Kirk of Manville; two sons, Thomas L. Jr. of Branchburg, and William F. of Montgomery; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at Fucillo and Warren Funeral Home, Manville, followed by a 9 a.m. funeral liturgy at Christ the King Church. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Hillsborough.
Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
