SAYREVILLE — A borough teen who was reported missing Saturday has been found in New York.
According to police, Matthew Clark, who was reported missing was found by a good Samaritan around 7 a.m. Monday in New York City.
Matthew, who is described as being developmentally disabled was reported missing around 8 a.m. Saturday.
On Monday, police received a phone call from the New York Metropolitan Transit Authority Police,who notified them that Matthew had been found in the terminal of Grand Central Station, New York.
Borough police subsequently went to New York City to retrieve the boy where they returned him to the custody of his parents.
On Saturday, police began an extensive foot and air search for Matthew after he had been reported missing.
The search, which included police on local, county and state levels, however, did not lead to any findings until Matthew was later reported found by the good Samaritan.
