The Jazz Fridays Series at The Peddie School will continue with a performance by the Wycliffe Gordon Quartet at 8 p.m. tonight in the William Mount-Burke Theater at Peddie. In addition, Peddie will host a pre-concert chat with Mr. Gordon from 7 to 7:30 p.m.

The Hightstown High School Drama Club will present Agatha Christie’s "Murder at the Vicarage" at 2 and 8 p.m. Saturday in the HHS auditorium. Tickets are $6 general admission, $5 for senior citizens and students.

The Greater Hightstown Juniorettes are sponsoring a holiday wish tree at First Washington State Bank, Route 571 and Old Trenton Road, in conjunction with the Community Action Service Center. The public is invited to fulfill the holiday gift wish of a local child by taking an ornament from the tree and returning a wrapped gift. The tree will be up in the bank starting today and gifts need to be returned by Dec. 5. For more information, call 371-3398.
The Friday Club will meet at 3 p.m. today at the Ely House Museum. Members will contribute items that they have made for sale at the club’s annual auction fund-raiser. Elaine Villani, club president, will preside over the business meeting.
A country breakfast and vegetable beef soup sale will be held from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Windsor United Methodist Church, 51 Church St., Windsor. The cost is $4.50 for adults, $2.50 for children 6-12, children 5 and under, free.
Devotions will be held at 7:45 a.m. for servers and anyone who would like to join them.
Outta Sights and Sounds and the Twin Rivers Community Trust will present Don Conoscenti in a coffeehouse performance at 8 p.m. Saturday in the Twin Rivers Community Room, Abbington Drive, East Windsor. Tickets are $8. For information and tickets, call 259-5764.
