The Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, through a state community justice grant, will offer a free public forum to discuss community problems at 7 p.m. on Nov. 30 at the Victorian Manor, 2863 Woodbridge Ave., Edison.

Participants will have the opportunity to interact with other community members, law enforcement officials, educators and government leaders to address improving residents’ quality of life. Topics such as guns, drugs, gangs and hate will be discussed.

Woman’s Club to offer

‘Letter to Santa’ program

The Junior Woman’s Club of the Greater Brunswick Area is sponsoring a "Letter to Santa" project.

A special mail box will be at the Milltown Post Office, Washington Street, through Dec. 15. Parents should have their children drop off the letter to Santa along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Santa and his helpers will answer the child’s letter in time for Christmas.

N.J. Repertory Theater

sets ‘Visits From Santa’

The New Jersey Repertory Theatre, North Brunswick, will conduct the 14th annual "Visits From Santa" Dec. 8-23. Formerly sponsored by the Milltown Jaycees, the event is now sponsored by the theater’s Traveling Performance Troupe fund-raising committee.

Santa and his elves will visit local homes in December with a special holiday surprise. Donation is $15 per family.

St. Ambrose HSA will

host pancake breakfast

St. Ambrose HSA will host a pancake breakfast on Dec. 3 at the school, Throckmorton Lane and William Street, Old Bridge, following the 9 a.m. Mass at the church, also Throckmorton Lane.

The menu will feature pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, juice, coffee and tea. Other highlights will include photos with Santa, a tricky tray and a 50/50 raffle.

Cost is $5 for adults, $4 for senior citizens, $3 for children; youngsters under age 3 will be admitted free of charge. Proceeds will benefit Old Bridge families in need during the holiday season.

‘Granny’s Cellar’ holiday

craft show is scheduled

"Granny’s Cellar Holiday Craft Show" will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Nov. 25 and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Nov. 26 at Immaculate Conception Church, Manalapan Road, Spotswood.

Admission is $2 for adults; children will be admitted free of charge. Baby strollers will not be allowed.
