Township planners will consider a request from the Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Co. to construct a warehouse at its compressor station on Cold Soil Road next week.
The Planning Board will meet at 8 p.m. Monday to consider Transco’s application. The meeting will be held in the Lower Level Conference Room at the municipal building.
Transco is seeking preliminary and final site plan approval to build the 40-foot by 80-foot warehouse at the natural gas compressor station site. The building will be used to store vehicles and equipment used to maintain the compressor station site and the natural gas transmission right-of-way.
In other business, the Planning Board will take action on the resolution of memorialization for the Avalon Run East, Phase II rental complex off Quakerbridge Road and Lawrence Station Road. The board approved the 312-unit development last month.
And in a final matter, the Planning Board will discuss its meeting schedule for 2001-2002.
