I would like to thank Sayreville Mayor Kennedy O’Brien for taking the time to meet with me and my family and for listening to our concerns regarding the overdevelopment in Sayreville, not to mention the overcrowding in the schools.
My husband and I enjoyed speaking with the mayor, and we feel he will do everything possible to stop the overdevelopment in Sayreville. He assured us that he would take every step possible to make Sayreville an even better place to live. We all agreed that Sayreville has so much to offer our children academically and athletically.
Sayreville residents have to stand behind Mayor O’Brien and his council and rid Sayreville of the incompetent builders and their proposals for new homes. More homes bring more taxes, more traffic and the need for more schools. The builders who annihilate every inch of land don’t care about the residents of Sayreville, nor do they care about the way they build their houses.
It’s time to end the building of developments in Sayreville. Sayreville can succeed without builders; all it takes is a strong mayor and strong residents standing behind him.
