Women’s panel slates
winter support groups
Women Helping Women, Metuchen, is now accepting registration for its winter session of support groups set to begin in January.
Groups will include Coping With Separation and Divorce, Co-Dependency, Exploring Your Marriage and Self-Esteem. All sessions are facilitated by volunteers who have completed an intensive group leadership training program. The leaders meet weekly throughout the duration of the group to consult with a licensed therapist who provides guidance.
Meetings are held in the Metuchen area on Thursday evenings. Cost is $6 per session for members, $8 for nonmembers. Registration is required. For more information, call (732) 549-6000.
