   Jean Brunnone, a sales associate with Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate Princeton Junction office has been named to the 1999 State-wide Million Dollar Club sponsored by the New Jersey Association of Realtors.

   Ken Worden and Mark Green, broker/owners of Century 21 Worden & Green, have announced that Patti Zagunis of the Hillsborough office has received the coveted Centurion Award. This is the fourth year in a row that she has achieved this status. In 1993-95 she achieved the Century 21 Gold Associate Award.
   The Centurion Award, the most prestigious of the Century 21 system, is presented to those sales associates who achieve top levels of sales in a given year. To reach the Centurion status, a sales associate must earn $150,000 in gross closed commissions or 60 award units within a calendar year. This award is achieved by only about two percent of approximately 70,000 sales associates in the Century 21 system.    Linda Schwarz, Gloria Nilson/GMAC Real Estate agent in the South Brunswick office, received the Middlesex County President’s Award for the seventh consecutive year for her unparalleled real estate sales.    The Middlesex County Multiple Listing System annually presents the top three agents in the county with the President’s Award based on the number of listings sold. Ms. Schwarz received second place honors. She marketed more than 60 homes totaling over $30 million.
