Manalapan Parks and Recreation is accepting applications for counselors and junior counselors for the summer recreation program. Applicants must be Manalapan residents and currently be in the ninth grade or above. The 2001 summer recreation program’s tentative operating dates are June 28 through Aug. 10, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Applications are available at Manalapan High School; St. John Vianney High School; Christian Brothers Academy; and Red Bank Catholic High School; or at the Manalapan Parks and Recreation Office. Applications will be accepted until Feb. 9. Applications are also being accepted for site supervisors for the summer program.
