Lori Ann Matthews
Lori Ann Downs Matthews, 34, died Feb. 19 at The Medical Center at Princeton.
Born in Bristol Borough, Pa., she lived there nearly all of her life, moving to Pennington eight months ago.
She graduated from Bristol High School in 1984 and from Levittown Beauty Academy. She worked 10 years with Lenox Collections, Langhorne, Pa.
She is survived by her husband, Stanley F. Matthews; two daughters, Shannon Marie and Holly Lynn Matthews of Pennington; her parents, George and Shirley Downs of Bristol; a brother and sister-in-law, George and Toni Downs of Levittown, Pa.; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Diane and Gregg Lalli and Stacy and Dave Winder, all of Bristol; her mother-in-law, Bonnie Claudio; a sister-in-law, Gina Claudio; and two brothers-in-law, Mickey and Michael Claudio, all of Bristol; nine nieces and nephews, Ashley, Brooke, George III and Anna Downs, Gregg and John Lalli and Felicia, Diane and Candis Winder; and other relatives.
Funeral Mass was Saturday at St. Mark Church, Bristol. Burial will be in Bristol Cemetery.
Spencer W. Moore
Spencer W. Moore, 63, died Feb. 22 at home.
Born in Trenton, he was a longtime Hopewell resident.
He owned Sign of the Black Kettle, an antique store in Hopewell Borough. He enjoyed sailing and canoeing.
Son of the late Spencer and Eliza Reed Moore, he is survived by his wife, Beverly Durling Moore; a daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ellen and John Briggs of Ewing; a grandson, Kyle; two sisters, Marjorie Holstrom of Ringoes and Anne Scheier of Hopewell Township; and nieces and nephews.
Memorial service was Sunday at Hopewell Presbyterian Church, with the Revs. Virginia Smith and Charles Willoughby, interim associate pastor, officiating.
Burial was private.

Robert V. Jensen
Robert V. Jensen, 72, of West Trenton died Friday at home.
Born in Des Plaines, Ill., he was an area resident for 40 years.
Mr. Jensen was an engineer with RCA Laboratories before he co-founded Melcor Corp., Trenton, in 1959, of which he was president 35 years. It was the first company dedicated to the manufacturing of thermoelectric products. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He enjoyed golfing and horse racing.
He is survived by his wife, Dolores Sabo Jensen; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Mary Rose Karis of Glassboro, Susan K. Burkhalter and Will Nunnenkamp of Long Island, N.Y., Elisa S. and Jay Straehle of Hopewell and Lea Ann Jensen of West Trenton; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Janet and James Hennindsen of San Jose, Calif., and JoAn Kenny of New Hampshire; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Melvin and Jackie Jensen of Jonesboro, Ind., and Donald of Kansas City, Kan.; seven grandchildren; a great-grandson; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral was Tuesday at Rogers Funeral Home, Trenton, with the Rev. Charles R. Jackson, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church of Trenton, officiating.
Burial was in Colonial Memorial Park, Hamilton.
Mabel G. VanDyke
Mabel G. VanDyke, 75, of Titusville died Friday at home.
Born in Lawrence, she was an area resident for 50 years.
She was a member and treasurer of the Woosamonsa Dance Group and former member of Rosedale Homemakers. She had been a 4-H leader in Washington Crossing.
She is survived by her husband, Lester R. VanDyke; two daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and Edward Lindemann of Maple Shade and Joyce and Robert Griffis of Titusville; two grandchildren, Troy and Garret Griffis; a brother, John Hill of York Springs, Pa.; and a sister, Janet Everett of Edinburg.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Blackwell Memorial Home, 21 N. Main St., Pennington, with the Rev. Deborah Davis, chaplain of The Medical Center at Princeton, officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
There will be no calling hours.

Walter Reginald Everitt
Walter Reginald "Rec" Everitt, 80, died Saturday at Genesis Elder Care, Hamilton.
Born in Hopewell Borough, he was a lifelong area resident.
He retired from Sears, Roebuck and Co. and was a member of Trenton Elks Lodge 105.
Son of the late Walter and Dora May Everitt, he is survived by his former wife, Hedy Delaney; three sons and daughters-in-law, James and Patricia Everitt of Bloomington, Calif., Thomas and Eleanor Everitt of Mendenhall, Pa., and David and Iris Everitt of Moreno Valley, Calif.; a daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Gary Miller of Yardville; a sister, Mary Everitt of Hopewell Borough; a brother and sister-in-law, George and Janet Everitt of Monroe Township; six grandchildren; a special friend, Elizabeth Edwards; and other relatives.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cromwell Memorial Home, 71 E. Prospect St., Hopewell, with the Rev. Hugh Smith officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Hopewell.
Calling hours will be 9 a.m. until service at the funeral home.
Eric W. Glaubitz
Eric W. Glaubitz, 53, died on Feb. 17 in Alexandria, Va., following a stroke.
He lived with his family in Falls Church, Va.
He grew up in Clifton, with his parents Marian and Gerhard and his brother Mart. He was principal violist of the New Jersey All State Orchestra and spent summers at the Red Fox Music Camp in Massachusetts. After graduating from high school, he went on to obtain a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Delaware. He also obtained a master’s degree in music performance from Catholic University.
In 1970 he moved to the Washington, D.C. area to join the U.S. Army Band and had lived in the area since. He served for three years as a violist with the Army’s "Strolling Strings" which performed frequently at the White House, including a performance at the wedding of President Richard Nixon’s daughter, Tricia Nixon, to David Eisenhower.
In 1985 he joined the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra and continued to perform with other orchestras, chamber ensembles. He was a founding member of the Coventry String Quartet formed 12 years ago with three other Fairfax Symphony musicians, including his wife. He also taught violin from the studio in his home.
Mr. Glaubitz was an engineer with the U.S. Navy for 28 years where he was involved in salvage and oil pollution projects. These projects included the cleanup of the Exxon Valdez oil spill and the recoveries of the Space Shuttle Challenger and of the TWA Flight 800. He was involved in building the Navy’s salvage ships. For the past three years, he coached his son’s soccer team and assisted in the coaching of basketball.
He is survived by his wife, Kristin Gilbert; a son, Alex; sons Rob Glaubitz of Boulder, Colo., and Dan Glaubitz of Fairfax, Va., of a previous marriage to Wendy Glaubitz; his parents H. Gerhard and Marian Glaubitz of Pennington; a brother Martin, also of Pennington; and nephews Martin and Christopher Glaubitz of Salt Lake City; and many in-laws and friends.
There will be a celebration of his life on May 5. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to in his memory to Children’s National Medical Center, 111 Michigan Ave N.W., Washington, D.C., 20010.
