Loretta A. Ammermuller, 64, died Friday, March 2 at the Barbara E. Cheung Memorial Hospice in Edison.
Born in Guttenberg, she had lived in Lincoln Park for 13 years and then in Oakton, Va., for 11 years before moving to Monmouth Junction in 1990.
She retired in 1990 after 6 years as the general manager of a chain of three ladies boutiques called "Plum Pretty" in Vienna, Va.
She is survived by her husband, Paul L.; two sons, Paul A. of Jamestown, N.C., and Mark of Hopewell; three sisters, Catherine Thygeson of South Carolina, Marion Blaum of Guttenberg and Dorothy Contento of North Bergen and four grandchildren, Heather, Michael, Lyndsey and Melissa.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday, March 5 at St. Augustine of Canterbury RC Church, Henderson Road, Kendall Park. Burial was at Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.
