Senior menu

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $3.13. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.

Regular menu

   Thursday, March 8 — Chicken rice soup, honey glazed pork chop, hot potato salad, asparagus, applesauce with cinnamon, raisin bread and orange. Shopping.
   Friday, March 9 — Apple juice, chicken breast filet, baked macaroni and cheese, zucchini, minced coleslaw, hamburger bun and pear halves. Bingo.
   Saturday, March 10 — Grape juice, egg salad, wheat bread, pickled beets and onions, fruit, chocolate chip cookies and milk.
   Sunday, March 11 — Orange juice, roast beef, rye bread, cucumber salad, fruit, cupcake and milk.
   Monday, March 12 — Pasta and bean soup, garlic chicken, scalloped potatoes, carrot coins, oranges and pineapple, Italian bread and mini cream puff. Exercise.
   Tuesday, March 13 — Orange juice, Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, broccoli spears, cottage cheese with peaches, pumpernickel bread and fig bar. Cards and site meeting.
   Wednesday, March 14 — Chicken orzo soup, corned beef with glaze, cabbage wedge, red bliss potatoes, tropical fruit salad, Irish soda bread and shamrock cupcake. St. Patrick’s Day party.
   Thursday, March 15 — Pineapple juice, stuffed green pepper, pasta spirals, green beans, tossed salad, rye bread and fruit cocktail. Shopping.

   Wednesday, March 14 — Chicken orzo soup, sliced turkey with gravy, cabbage wedge, red bliss potatoes, tropical fruit salad, Irish soda bread and shamrock cupcake. St. Patrick’s Day party.
