   Two sales associates at the Bedminster office of Weichert, Realtors have been
honored for their recent accomplishments, announced Ed Hahn, branch manager.
   Bruce Gartner led the office in sales to earn December
top producer honors. A licensed real estate professional, Mr. Gartner has been
employed as a teacher by the Hillsborough Township Board of Education since 1973.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Temple University in Philadelphia.
The Bridgewater resident is married and has two children.

   John Kim, a sales associate at Weichert, Realtors’ East
Windsor office, has been honored for his recent accomplishments, announced James
M. Weichert, president.
   Mr. Kim, a six-year veteran of real estate sales, swept the December office awards
for listings, sales and dollar volume. He is a licensed real estate professional
and member of the Mercer County Board of Realtors and New Jersey Association of
Realtors.
   Mr. Kim, a native of Korea, is a member of Weichert’s International Division.
He has lived in East Windsor for seven years, and owned an interior decorating

FLEMINGTON
   Six sales associates at the Flemington office of Weichert, Realtors have been
honored for their recent accomplishments, announced Pamela McGowan, branch manager.
   Illona McSparin and Linda Connolly shared top sales honors in
December to earn a top production award. Both joined the Flemington sales team
in 1999.
   Ms. McSparin is a member of the Mercer County and Hunterdon/Somerset Associations
of Realtors who has administrative experience with the New Jersey Commerce. She
lives in Lambertville, is married and has three children.
   Ms. Connolly brought experience in customer service when she joined Weichert in
1999. She and her husband are residents of Flemington.
   Also honored for their top production accomplishments were Moira Edwards,
Paula Anastasio and Lai-Sin Price. Ms. Edwards, a licensed real estate
professional since 1986, has special expertise in new homes and land sales. She
is a longtime resident of Raritan Township, where she served on the Board of
Adjustment and was a volunteer with numerous organizations at Hunterdon Central
High School. She is married and has two children.
   Ms. Anastasio is a seasoned real estate veteran who has been listing and selling
homes for more than 20 years. Her sales performance has earned her numerous awards
throughout her career, including membership in Weichert’s Million Dollar Sales
and Marketed Clubs and the New Jersey State Million Dollar Cub in 1999. She is
a longtime resident of Stockton.
