PRINCETON
   Three sales associates at the Princeton office of Weichert, Realtors have been honored for their recent accomplishments, announced Joe McDonald, branch manager.
   Winner of the December top sales award was Karen Evertsen, a licensed real estate professional with extensive experience in relocation, contracts and negotiation. Since she began listing and selling homes in 1989, her sales performance has earned her numerous honors, including a repeat membership to the New Jersey State Million Dollar Club. Ms. Evertsen is a resident of Somerset County.
   Capturing top listing honors was Patty Tappan, whose accomplishments earned her induction into the New Jersey Association of Realtors’ Distinguished Sales Club, awarded to sales associates who have earned New Jersey State Million Dollar Club honors a minimum of 10 times. She is a longtime resident of the Princeton area.
   Ed Nystrom won the office award for the greatest number of listings sold. The longtime resident of Montgomery Township is a new home specialist. A consistent member of Weichert’s Million Dollar Club, he qualified for the New Jersey State Million Dollar Club in 1996 and 1997.

   Weidel, Realtors’ Princeton office recognized Judith Moriarty as the Top Listing Agent for December. Ms. Moriarty has a bachelor’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and holds her pilot’s license. She has resided in New York City where she worked as a commercial mortgage investment banker, a controller at an advertising agency and most recently as a management consultant. She is a founding member of the Princeton area chapter of FEMALE (Formerly Employed Mothers at the Leading Edge). She has her ABR Designation, is a NJAR Bronze Level winner for 1999 and certified relocation counselor. Ms. Moriarty resides in the area with her husband and children.
   Weidel, Realtors’ Princeton office recognized Robert Southwick as the top selling agent for December. Mr. Southwick has been a consistent top producer with Weidel, Realtors since joining in 1993.
   Mr. Southwick graduated from Rutgers University and prior to a career in real estate worked in the commercial insurance industry. Mr. Southwick is a member of the New Jersey Planning Officials and currently serves as RPAC trustee for the New Jersey Association of Realtors. He resides with his wife in the area and is active with the Mercer County Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and New Jersey Associate of Realtors.

PRINCETON JUNCTION
   Ralph Pascale, branch manager, is pleased to announce that Donna Lucarelli has joined the Princeton Junction office of Weichert, Realtors as a sales associate.
   A licensed real estate professional, Ms. Lucarelli is a longtime resident of West Windsor who has had a distinguished career as teacher and tutor in special education.    Ms. Lucarelli is also active at St. David the King R.C. Church and was chairperson of the first fund-raiser — the St. Patrick’s Day dance, now an annual sellout event-to erect the building. She and her husband, Rocky, have two children, April and Steven, who are attending college.
