I think my class is so classy because we have a lot of fun although we learn a lot. We go on really cool, great field trips, like just last month we went to the Veterans stadium. I had a lot of fun. It was learning because a place in the Mid-Atlantic states, and it was math because box seats cost about $350 a year and if an average person were to buy a box seat each year it would cost $26,250. We also play cool games to learn subjects like math, reading, science, social studies, and penmanship. Of course we a have to do our part so we do groups. Every 5 months we get new groups. We get picked by Mrs. White pulling out names on popcicle sticks. We’re either in 4 groups of 5 people or 5 groups of 4 people. Then she picks names of the groups related to what we have or will be learning about. Like we are learning about the oceans so we have groups like starfishes, seals, dolphins, and whales. Now what we do with the groups: there are all these jobs like lunch count, homework sticker, etc. One class we (everyone in the group) we decide who is doing what so when Mrs. White needs something to be done they do it. Please pick my classy class to be the classiest!

Wow! If you want class kids you should see Mrs. White’s fourth grade class. We are always there for each other when we are down in the dumps. We are always kind to each other and make each other laugh! We tell funny stories and crack jokes every once in a while.
Our teacher is the best! I mean, she even makes us laugh! When she’s talking, we listen. When she’s teaching us something new, we learn. Some of us call out answers! She’s getting us to raise our hands but besides that we never talk out.
Every once in a while we have a special lesson. We sometimes read books and learn different things. For example, we read "Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes." It was a great book. After we read the book we did origami, which was part of the story.
There’s no secret to our class, it’s just us. We are great together. What also makes us laugh is there are some really funny kids in our class. Their names are Tim, Matt, Chris and Pat. And they made a singing group called "Funky Chicken." Their manager is Danny. The songs that they wrote are "Chicken Fries, Who Let the Nuggets Out, Ms. Chan, Hamburger In My Head, and Junk Food." You should hear them. They are great! If you should pick one classy class, then you should pick Mrs. White’s fourth grade class!

So you want to see some classy kids in action? If you do you should come to Mrs. White’s fourth grade class. Almost all the girls are friends and that goes for the boys to. When we pick our groups no one is excluded and unlike some classes the boys are nice to the girls. We can work together really well, whether it’s three girls and one boy or vice versa.
Our class has more boys than girls so seating is a little hard for girls because in the beginning of the year until the beginning of January our seats were in a U shaped dome got to sit next to just boys, and the girls had to sit next to just boys. It was ok though. Now we sit in rows of 5 but 2 rows are together on one side and the same on the other side.
I think that the thing that makes our class really work is our teacher, Mrs. White. She is a great teacher, that goes above and beyond for me and my 19 other classmates. Every single person in our class contributes to what makes us really, unique special and a happy class.

My class is so classy because we work together. We did a little classroom play and we worked like a team to make it into a performance at the mall. Our teacher is so kind. Some times we do extra special things. She gives us candy when we’re good and she teaches us well so we do get a lot of knowledge.
We are also respectful, responsible and reasonable. We are good role models for younger grades. Whatever we do they do also. We have good times together.
