Annabell Zigmont

   PRINCETON BOROUGH — Annabelle Servis Zigmont, 87, died Wednesday, May 30, at the Merwick Unit of The Medical Center at Princeton.
   Born in Trenton, she lived in Mercerville and Princeton before moving to Merwick.
   She was a sergeant with the Women’s Army Air Corps during World War II and served in Ardennes, Central Europe and Rhineland. She received the European-African-Middle Eastern Service Medal with three battle stars, Women’s Army Air Corps Service Ribbon and Good Conduct Medal.
She retired after many years as a secretary with the state Department of Health.
   She was a member of American Legion Post 447, Lawrence.
   Daughter of the late Edward Blackwell Servis and Ethel May Sutterley Servis and wife of the late Leon J. Zigmont, she is survived by a son, Robert F. Zigmont of West Trenton; two daughters, Kathleen A. Novembre and Susan Schafer of Lawrenceville; five grandchildren, John and Blaine Schafer, David Mari, Gia Novembre and Heather Zigmont; three great-grandchildren, Jenni, Emily and Anthony Mari; a sister, Lillian Pedersen of Sebastopol, Calif.; a niece; and two great-nieces.
   Arrangements were by the Joseph P. Horan Funeral Home, 432 Hamilton Ave., Trenton.
   Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton.
