Nationwide effort to raise the national homeownership rate for Hispanic-American families
Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors, the nation’s sixth largest real estate services company and an independently owned and operated member of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., recently sponsored a successful "Close the Gap" Campaign, a new nationwide effort to raise the national homeownership rate for Hispanic-American families in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Region.
Philadelphia Councilman Angel Ortiz joined he National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors, and Fannie Mae (FNM/NYSE), the nation’s largest source of financing for home mortgages, to announce NAHREP’s "Close the Gap" campaign. The Philadelphia Forum was one of ten such forums to be held across the country.
