George L. Pauk, 69, died Thursday, July 12, while vacationing in St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands.
Born in New Brunswick to the late John and Veronica Pauk, he was a graduate of Rutgers Preparatory School, the University of Pennsylvania and St. John’s University School of Law. He had been a first lieutenant in the U.S. Army.
A resident of New Brunswick, Mr. Pauk was a former municipal prosecutor for the City of New Brunswick. He practiced law in Princeton.
Surviving are two daughters, Jennifer E. Knight of New Bern, N.C., and Suzanne N. Boone of Port Orange, Fla.; a nephew, John S. Eory of Lawrenceville; and dear friends, Miriam Goldman of New Brunswick and Sara Goldman of South River.
Funeral services, to be held at a later date, will take place at St. Paul R.C. Church, Princeton, followed by burial in St. Peter’s Cemetery, New Brunswick.
