Police questioned one individual at the scene, Zachary Tucker, 21, of Florence, and a warrant check led police to discover a $1,000 warrant for Mr. Taylor, who was wanted for aggravated assault in Mansfield Township.
Police said Mr. Tucker attempted to flee and was captured by Patrolman Ronald Weiman, assisted by Bordentown City and Bordentown Township police officers.
Mr. Tucker was charged with resisting arrest and aggravated assault for injuries Patrolman Weiman received while attempted to restrain Mr. Tucker.
Police said Mr. Tucker was turned over to Mansfield Township Police Department after being charged by Bordentown City police.
Police observed a vehicle turning the wrong way into the Butts Avenue jughandle at 4 a.m. on Aug. 21 and arrested the driver, Anita Rois, 22, of Hamilton on drunken driving charges.

Ms. Rois was charged with driving while intoxicated and released to a friend, said police.
Charges of arson were filed against two male juveniles from Bordentown City, ages 12 and 14, in connection with an outdoor trash receptacle fire that took place on July 31.
Police said responded to a fire call at 4:22 p.m. on July 31 in the rear of the MacFarland Junior School on Farnsworth Avenue.
Police said the boys, whose names were not released because of their ages, allegedly threw smoldering wood and paper into the receptacle, which contained paper and ceiling tiles.
No damage was noted other than damage to the dumpster, said police.
