WEST WINDSOR Effie Koepp, 83, died Monday, Aug. 27, at Hamilton Care Center.
Born in Minneapolis, she lived in San Francisco and East Windsor before moving to West Windsor seven years ago.
She worked in the banking industry as an executive assistant and retired in 1985 from the state Bureau of Rental Assistance, Trenton.
Mrs. Koepp received a bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State College and attended business management courses at Rider College at age 65.
She was a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church, Hamilton.
Daughter of the late James and Angeline Karambelas Tarantiles and wife of the late Ross Koepp, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Rory and Michael Mazur; and a grandson, Matthew Mazur, all of West Windsor; and a nephew, Brian DePierre of San Diego.
Memorial service was Friday, Aug. 31, at St. Mark United Methodist Church, Hamilton.
