If you are concerned about your child’s education and would like to do something more than the usual homework help or PTO volunteering, consider joining a prayer group.
Moms in Touch, an extension of the Focus on the Family ministries, meet monthly at the home of Deirdre Bichsel to pray for the school, children and teachers.
Other members of Moms in Touch include Ellen Bechina, Alicia Vincelette, Pat Casey, Elyse Casimir and Anita Boschitch.
They extend a warm welcome to any parent interested in a spiritual approach to the concerns and anxieties that accompany sending one’s child off to school.
Moms in Touch meet the first Monday in the month, although this month they will meet on Monday, September 10 at 9:30 a.m. The meeting will take place at Deirdre Bichsel’s home at 33 Station Road. For more information you may contact her at (609) 655-1542.
