MOUNT HOLLY Pauline A. Adamo, 83, died Monday at Virtua-Memorial Hospital of Burlington County, Mount Holly.
Born in Pittston, Pa., she was a longtime Trenton resident before moving to Mount Holly 13 years ago.
She retired from General Motors Corp., Ewing, in 1979 after 30 years.
Daughter of the late Rocco and Olympia Maruca Romano, sister of the late Anthony Romano and Marion Dominczyk, she is survived by her husband Leon Adamo; two sons and daughters-in-law, Daniel and Carolyn Adamo of Jacksonville, Fla., and Leon and Patricia Adamo of Morrisville, Pa.; a daughter and son-in-law, Marlee and Ed Tobie of Mount Holly; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Carl and Rose Romano of Stuart, Fla., Frank and Millie Romano of Cream Ridge and Joseph and Jean Romano of Ewing; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Marie Lombardo and Vicki and Clarence Brown, all of Lawrenceville; a sister-in-law, Norma Romano of Trenton; five grandchildren, Janet, Michael, Christopher and Jason Adamo and Matthew Tobie; two great-grandchildren, Martina and Michael Adamo; and nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 21, at Parkside Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 1584 Parkside Ave., Ewing.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. Friday at St. Michael’s R.C. Church, 1130 Brunswick Ave.
Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 8:30 a.m. until service Friday at the funeral home.
