One of the busiest and most utilized facilities in Monroe Township is the state-of-the-art public library.
The Township Council was able to plan and implement this new facility with little impact on our municipal property taxes. The council’s dedication to this important service has continued and is evident in the excellent staff, materials and services at the library.
Councilwoman Joanne Connolly and Councilman Hank Miller have been strong advocates for the library, and because of their efforts, all the diverse groups within our community have enjoyed the best library services.
Council members Connolly and Miller, along with council candidate Jerry Tamburro, will make sure that library services stay at this very high level by planning for additional space, materials and services to meet the needs of our growing population. And, as in the past, this will be achieved in a fiscally responsible way.
