Dog walkers should
clean up after their pets
I am writing this letter with great madness. I live on Manhattan Street. The person who walked their pet did not pick up the mess. I work hard to keep my place neat and clean. Slobs who don’t pick up after their dogs should be punished. Don’t they know that there is an ordinance and they could get fined? What hurt me the most was that people walking with their small children to see the parade Saturday (Sept. 22) were not too happy walking in the mess. Many remarks were passed about the slob who left this mess. They don’t deserve to own animals. They better not come passing here again and messing up. I’ll be watching. That is not a sanitary way to live.
