Russell Andrese

   Russell A. Andrese, 70, died Sunday, Oct. 7, at Capital Health System at Fuld hospital, Trenton.
   Born in Trenton, he was a longtime Lawrenceville resident.
   He retired from the quality control department of DeLaval Turbine Co., Trenton, after 47 years. He was formerly employed by the Trentonian and Times of Trenton as a motor route supervisor.
   He was the leader of the Mel Four Band and taught accordion many years.
   He was a member of Musicians Union Local 62, Accordion Players Association of Trenton and Trenton Elks Lodge 105.
   Son of the late Anthony H. and Grace Calla Andrese, he is survived by his wife of 51 years, Delores Tuccillo Andrese; two sons and daughters-in-law, Russell A. and Karen L. Andrese of Hamilton and Anthony F. and Andrea L. Andrese of Yardville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Annie Andrese-Stirpe and Peter Stirpe of Hamilton and Grace Andrese Weir and Joseph Weir of Yardley, Pa.; a brother, Joseph of Maryland; two sisters, Marie A. Andrese of Trenton and Joan Sandy of Hamilton; seven grandchildren, Lisa Marie, Anthony, Nicholas, Alex and Taylor Rose Andrese, Delores Marie Sheaffer and DeAnna Kathleen Weir; a great-grandson, Dominic Sheaffer; and nieces and nephews.
   The funeral will be 9 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, from Brenna Funeral Home, 340 Hamilton Ave., Trenton. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Church of St. Ann, 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville.
   Entombment will be in St. Mary’s Mausoleum, Hamilton.
   Calling hours will be 6-9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, at the funeral home.
