The Little Pumpkin Who Was Afraid of Halloween
The little pumpkin was afraid of Halloween. He was afraid because he lived in a haunted house. In the haunted house there were a lot of noises. The noises were screeching, barking, howling and rustling. The little pumpkin liked to hide under the bed where he felt safe. The other pumpkins went to sit in the window, but the little pumpkin did not. When Halloween came he was scared like always, but he went to see what the noises were. He felt scared of the dark. He was so scared he ran out of the house. He decided to look in the window. He saw four of his friends dressing up in costumes to scare the pumpkin family. The little pumpkin decided to come up with a plan. He decided to get his family. He told them to follow this plan. They were going to shut the lights off, jump on their backs and scare them. When the pumpkins carried out their plan, they never heard such awful noises they heard screeching, barking, howling and rustling. Then the pumpkins turned on the lights and yelled surprise! After that the little pumpkin was never afraid of Halloween again.
