Randolph T. Ballard

   Randolph T. Ballard, 51, died Monday, Dec. 17, outside the Hunterdon Hills Playhouse in Union Township.
   Mr. Ballard died inside the bus he had been driving while waiting outside the playhouse.
   The transportation supervisor for Monroe Village in Monroe, he was the bus driver for a senior citizens outing when he became ill.
   Born in Washington, D.C., he resided in Jamesburg since 1979.
   He was formerly a driver for Irvin Raphael Co. in Spotswood and Wittingham Co. in Monroe. He was a member of Mount Ararat Missionary Baptist Church in Jamesburg.
   He is survived by his wife, Jennifer D. Ballard; his parents, John and Celestine Ballard of Washington, D.C.; a brother, Kevin Ballard of Washington, D.C.; a sister and brother-in-law, Diana and William Ferrell of Washington, D.C.; a niece, Amber Ballard of Washington, D.C.; his mother-in-law, Gussie Mae Jones of Jamesburg and a host of other relatives.
   Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 22, at Mount Ararat Missionary Baptist Church in Jamesburg. Arrangements were by Anderson Funeral Home in New Brunswick.
