Elizabeth Demko

   HILLSBOROUGH — Elizabeth (Betty) A. Demko died Sunday, Jan. 27, at home. She was 69.
   Born in Queens, N.Y., she lived in Bridgewater for 28 years before moving to the Flagtown section of Hillsborough in 1961.
   Mrs. Demko was an employee of Lipton Co. in Flemington for 16 years, retiring in 1992.
   She was a member of Chapter B Senior Citizens in Hillsborough and the seniors exercise group.
   She is deceased by two sisters, Lorriane Kilgannon and Claudia Heiber.
   Surviving are her husband, William S. Dempko; three sons, William Jr. of Bridgewater, Stephen IV of New Village, and Adam of Lebanon; two daughters, Karen Hepburn of Ringoes, and Deborah Nemec of Omaha, Neb.; three sisters, Eleanor Winchester of Dublin, Pa., Dot Beveridge of Fairmont, W.Va., and Mandy Cranert of Vallejo, Calif.; three brothers, Gilbert Rey of Port St. Lucie, Fla., Clifford Rey of Easton, Pa., and Ransom Rey of Somerville; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
   Private funeral arrangements were under the direction of Cusick Funeral Home, Somerville.
