Three sites remaining at Rushbrook

Rushbrook in Princeton features custom built homes from Herrontown Builders

Gloria Nilson/GMAC Real Estate is marketing the final three home sites from Herrontown Builders at the prestigious Rushbrook community off Pretty Brook Road in Princeton Township.
With land limited in the Princeton area, Rushbrook, an 82-acre parcel, is one of the last area opportunities for home buyers to live in new homes of their own design. Rushbrook offers custom luxury masterpieces on sites ranging from two to four acres, virtually surrounded by Princeton’s Woodfield Reservation, an 80-acre township park that includes numerous walking paths.
Five custom homes by Herrontown Builders are under construction at Rushbrook and some encompass more than 10,000 square feet of elegant living space. Classically-styled exteriors are the builder’s trademark, with interiors designed to suit.
"Herrontown Builders designs its homes around its clients, personalizing the homes to meet the buyer’s individual needs and desires," says Jones Toland, of Gloria Nilson/GMAC Real Estate. "Buyers meet with the builder to determine the important necessities and amenities that will create their new home."
Floor plans generally develop from these conversations with the home buyers, says Barbara Cuneo, of Herrontown Builders. "We spend a lot of time with them discussing how they live," she says. "For example, if both husband and wife cook, the kitchen would be designed to accommodate them with separate work stations, sufficient counter space, professional Viking ranges with hoods, subzero refrigeration, and warming drawers."
Hand-picked architects work with Herrontown Builders during each home’s design phase to arrive at a final house plan that fits a buyer’s design objectives and cost criteria.
Rich, decorative trims crafted by professional artisans detail the homes.
Herrontown Builders, a small, family-run company, has built elegant new homes exclusively in the Princeton area for more than 17 years.
Rushbrook includes two areas designated for preservation by the developer. One seven-acre parcel has been joined to Woodfield Reservation and includes Tent Rock. The other includes two large ponds surrounded by pine and deciduous woods.
