All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
The value of each meal is $3.13. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
Thursday, Feb. 7 Navy bean soup, Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, beets, oranges and pineapples, six-grain bread and angel food cake. Shopping.
Friday, Feb. 8 Cranberry juice, sliced turkey with gravy, sweet potato patty, creamed spinach, fruited gelatin salad, pumpernickel bread and fig bar. Bingo.
Saturday, Feb. 9 Blended juice, seafood salad, croissant, cucumber and onion salad, fruit, brownie and milk.
Sunday, Feb. 10 Apple juice, chicken filet, hamburger bun, minced coleslaw, fruit, sugar cookies and milk.
Monday, Feb. 11 Grape juice, stuffed cabbage roll, mashed potatoes, green beans, Swiss salad, rye bread and pears. Exercise.
