Senior Menus

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $3.13. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, Feb. 7 — Navy bean soup, Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, beets, oranges and pineapples, six-grain bread and angel food cake. Shopping.
   Friday, Feb. 8 — Cranberry juice, sliced turkey with gravy, sweet potato patty, creamed spinach, fruited gelatin salad, pumpernickel bread and fig bar. Bingo.
   Saturday, Feb. 9 — Blended juice, seafood salad, croissant, cucumber and onion salad, fruit, brownie and milk.
   Sunday, Feb. 10 — Apple juice, chicken filet, hamburger bun, minced coleslaw, fruit, sugar cookies and milk.
   Monday, Feb. 11 — Grape juice, stuffed cabbage roll, mashed potatoes, green beans, Swiss salad, rye bread and pears. Exercise.
   Tuesday, Feb. 12 — Pasta and bean soup, garlic chicken, rice pilaf, whole baby carrots, tropical fruit salad, dinner roll and tapioca pudding. Chris Stevens.
   Wednesday, Feb. 13 — Pineapple juice, vegetable lasagna, peas, tossed salad with chick peas and red onions, Italian bread and ice cream. Bingo.
   Thursday, Feb. 14 — Chicken orzo soup, roast pork with gravy, baked sweet potato, cauliflower with cheese sauce, applesauce, rye bread and Valentine cupcake. Valentine party.
