GENEVIEVE C. ZUKOWSKI BORYSEWICZ, 76, of South River died July 11 in Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center, Edison. Prior to her retirement in 1993, she was employed for 15 years as a sales clerk at Kmart, East Brunswick. Prior to that, she was employed for 15 years by the borough of South River as a crossing guard. A daughter, Janet Borysewicz, died in 1984. Surviving are her husband, Frank; a daughter, Marie Alfrey of East Brunswick; a son, Raymond Borysewicz of the Hamilton Square section of Hamilton; a sister, Frances Moken of South River; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Mary’s Church, South River. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, East Brunswick.

SEAN PATRICK DONOVAN, 17, of East Brunswick died July 12 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. He graduated from East Brunswick High School, where he was the manager of the school basketball, track and cross country teams. Surviving are his parents, Donna and Edward Donovan; a brother, Brian, and a sister, Megan; and his maternal grandparents, Regina and Charles Rellinger of Old Bridge. A Mass was offered at Corpus Christi Church, South River. Interment was in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. DANIEL J. McKEVITT, 75, of Old Bridge died July 16 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Surviving are his wife, Dolores Flynn McKevitt; two sons, Daniel G. of Old Bridge and Mark of Crofton, Md.; and two grandchildren. A Mass is planned for 9:15 a.m. on July 19 at St. Ambrose Church, Old Bridge. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.

WALLACE A. RATHBUN, 79, of the Morgan section of Sayreville died July 10 in JFK Medical Center, Edison. He was a member of American Legion Post No. 25, Milltown, serving as its Middlesex County commander from 1978-79. Surviving are his wife, Clare Hooper Rathbun; three sons, William Rathbun of the Dayton section of South Brunswick, Robert Rathbun of Sayreville and Thomas Rathbun of South Amboy; three daughters, Marie Davis of South Brunswick, Anne Mataranglo of Hendersonville, N.C., and Elizabeth Kumpa of South Amboy; 18 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Mary’s Church, South Amboy. Interment was in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arnytown section of North Hanover. EDWARD J. TUREK, 77, of Sayreville died July 11 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Surviving are his sister, Irene Ciak of Virginia, and many nieces and nephews. A Mass was offered at St. Stanislaus Church, Sayreville. Interment was in the church cemetery.

FRANK M. GALVIN, 78, of South River died July 13. He was a former recreation commissioner for Madison Township (now Old Bridge Township), and a co-founder and past president of the Old Bridge Little League. A former president of the Fourth Marine Division New Jersey State Chapter, he was a former commander of the John Basilone Marine Detachment, East Brunswick. He was predeceased by a daughter, Kathleen. Surviving are his wife, Joann Stretch Galvin; three sons, Kevin and Kerry, both of South River, and Thomas of San Antonio, Texas; two sisters, Joan Quinn of Sayville, N.Y., and Patricia Lenihan of Bethlehem, Pa.; seven grandchildren; four nieces and one nephew. A Mass was offered at Corpus Christ Church, South River. Entombment was in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.

JOHN G. O’GRADY, 75, of Sayreville died July 16 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Surviving are two sons, John of the Parlin section of Sayreville and Thomas of Old Bridge; two brothers, Edward and James, both of Roselle; his former wife, Maria of South Carolina; and two grandchildren. A Mass is planned for 11:30 a.m. on July 19 at St. Ambrose Church, Old Bridge. Interment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery, Linden.

EMMANUEL P. RODRIGUEZ, 61, of Old Bridge died July 10 in Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York City. Surviving are his wife, Zenaida Salting Rodriguez; a son, Christian of Old Bridge; his mother, Rosario of the Philippines; five brothers, Jess, Joe, Vicente and Ramon, all of the Philippines, and Benjamin of Howell; two sisters, Theresa Alincastre of Austin, Texas, and Milagros Moreno of the Philippines; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass was offered at St. Ambrose Church, Old Bridge. Cremation was private.

WILLIAM SCHNEIDER, 82, of Middletown, formerly of Hazlet, died July 10 at home. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Lamm Schneider; four daughters, Cheryl Dingledine, Lenore Senderson, Helena Ciufo and Trisha Hintze, all of Middletown; two sons, Roy Schneider of Farmingdale and Keith Schneider of Spotswood; two brothers, John Schneider of Arizona and Edward Schneider of the Toms River section of Dover; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

ERLINDA CRUZ HERNANDEZ, 70, of East Brunswick died July 14 in St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Surviving are four brothers, Dante Cruz of the Philippines, Ricardo Cruz and Enrico Cruz, both of Queens, N.Y., and Leandro Cruz, with whom she lived; two sisters, Anjelina Lopez of Los Angeles and Rhodora DeLeon of Long Island, N.Y.; and many nieces and nephews. A Mass was offered at St. Bartholomew’s Church, East Brunswick. Entombment was in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick. NINA DRANITKA IWANOW, 78, of South River died July 12 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Her husband, Peter, died in 1979. Surviving are a daughter, Anastasia Kristensen of Diamond Point, N.Y.; two sons, Alexandr of East Brunswick and Genadit of Houston, Texas; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A service was held at St. Euphrosynia Belarus Orthodox Church, South River. Interment was in the church cemetery.

ANDRIJ MORIAK of Sayreville died July 10 at JFK Medical Center, Edison. Surviving are his wife, Miroslava "Miriam" Sagadin Moriak; a daughter, Daniella Stasiak of Sayreville; a son, Zenon Moriak of Mountainside; a brother in the Ukraine; and four grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church, Carteret. Interment was in the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Assumption Cemetery, Woodbridge.

VIOLETA VIRAY, 61, died July 15 at her sister’s home in East Brunswick. Surviving are two brothers, Orlando Viray and Elmer Viray, both of Masantol, the Philippines; and two sisters, Rosamistica V. Hernandez of East Brunswick and Nenette Viray of the Philippines. Services are planned for 7 p.m. on July 18 at Rezem Funeral Home, East Brunswick. Interment will be private.

JOSEPH P. BALDONI JR., 77, of Hazlet died July 8 at home. Born in Union City, he lived there before moving to Hazlet 40 years ago. He was a salesman for Siegels Stationary, Summit, retiring in 1990. He served with the U.S. Navy during World War II. He is survived by his wife, Martha Baldoni of Hazlet; three daughters, Barbara Dahlberg of Crofton, Md., Laura Alexander of Hazlet, and Joanne Karlik of Apex, N.C.; and seven grandchildren.
